About CuePrep
There are hundreds of high-stakes exams in the world. Behind each one is someone whose next chapter depends on passing. The tools available to them are almost universally bad. Expensive courses recycling the same question banks for a decade. Flashcard apps with no opinion on what matters for a specific exam. "AI-powered" tools that sticker a chatbot on and call it personalized. Apps that claim spaced repetition but botch the intervals and ignore everything cognitive science says about retention.
CuePrep starts from the other end: what does this exam test, how does this student need to retain it, and what's the fastest path to ready? That answer is different for Bar than for SAT Math than for NCLEX. We build for each one specifically.
CuePrep is a product line inside CueLearn, the company behind Cuemath.
About the Role
We've seen strong usage and feedback on our first exams and are expanding fast. Figuring out what content resonates with each exam's audience, and turning that into reach, is the core of this role.
You'll own reach for a portfolio of exam verticals. You're a peer to the Product Manager on each portfolio: they own conversion and product, you own reach (views, saves, follows, engagement). Both of you report to the founder. The PM doesn't direct your creative. They share exam signal and strategy, and you run your own iteration loop on hooks, formats, voice, and cadence.
This isn't a "plan campaigns and make decks" marketing role. You'll ship content daily across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Reddit, communities, and ad creatives. You'll use AI tools (Claude Code, image/video generators) instead of waiting on designers or engineers.
What You'll Do
- +Find what's already working in your exam niche (hooks, formats, creators) and use that to inform our content
- +Create short-form and written content daily at high volume
- +Write hooks, captions, and copy that make students stop scrolling
- +Write ad creatives that get tested against real CAC, not just brand
- +Use AI tools to generate assets and pages without design or engineering dependency
- +Own reach across social, search, community, and partnership channels
- +Track what's converting and adjust fast
You're a Fit If
- +You spend hours on TikTok/IG already and can articulate why certain videos blow up
- +You've built a personal account above 10K in a relevant niche (TikTok, IG, Twitter, YouTube, newsletter)
- +You ship 5+ pieces of content a week. Full-spectrum across video, Reddit, community, and ad creatives, not just one channel
- +You write fast and well, especially short-form (hooks, captions, CTAs)
- +You're prompt-engineering fluent. Claude/GPT are how you ideate, not just how you draft
- +You're output-oriented. Volume first, polish later
- +You can read basic analytics and run your own iteration loop without being told
You're NOT a Fit If
- -You think in "quarterly campaigns" or "brand guidelines"
- -You need a designer to make an Instagram post
- -You're more comfortable writing strategy docs than shipping content
- -You've never made a TikTok or Reel
